Plans for the Future:

Proline Soccer Academy was launched on 2nd September 2006, by Julian ferdinand (father of English League soccer stars Rio ferdinand (Manchester United) and Anton Ferdinand (West Ham United). Julian Ferdinand is associated with West Ham youth academy, one of the world's best, and he brings a wealth of experience to Proline Soccer Academy. Since the launch, the academy operations have grown rapidly and resources are presently stretched to the limit. Financial assistance at this point, especially with regard to operation costs, provision of equipment and sponsorship of disadvantaged children would be a tangible contribution to the success of this project.

We are currently restricted to 150 children, but the Academy is looking to handle at least 300 users per week. Future plans include the construction of a fully-fledged academy with the facilities and infrastructure of an international standard in order to serve the country better.
Rio ferdinand’s Visit
The ferdinands' visit to Uganda will be heavily covered by both local and international media. We already have arrangements in pace that will ensure that this visit is covered by the biggest sports channel in Africa - Supersport. PSA has already featured heavily on this channel an will continue with a little more intensity during and after the visit.
